Do I need to exercise?

Do I need to change my diet?
You will feel way less hungry so it is important that you eat foods that are highly nutritious and support your body's needs as you lose weight.

Do you accept refund requests?
If you are not happy, we certainly want to know. Unfortunately we cannot refund once medication has shipped. You can always cancel your membership commencing at the next cycle.
What is Onboarding?
Our onboarding process will walk you through a series of steps to prepare you for losing weight and increasing your wellness. We want to help as best we can so we have you fill in a form for lifestyle & expectations as well as run through some videos & training.
Do I need to see a doctor?
You will need a prescription. If you don't have a doctor, we can make an appointment for you with one of our partner providers for a low fee.
Do you take insurance?
No. Insurance increases the price to an unacceptable level and adds complex overhead. We believe our membership bundle prices offer the best value in the market today, with better overall results.
If I stop will I gain back?
Our philosophy is that we want you to eventually eliminate the weight loss medication and support your new lifestyle changes and ramp off the drugs. Stopping without completing the program will likely gain your weight back.
